Series Overview

The Strategic HR Practice Series is a session-based learning series designed to deepen the perspectives and decision-making frameworks HR professionals need to engage proactively in organization building and strategic dialogue.

 

Each session starts from real challenges and tensions encountered in practice. Through dialogue among participants, insights are clarified and connected to everyday decision-making and ways of working.


Program Structure & Delivery Overview

Core Sessions (Group-Based | 3 Hours per Session)

  • Sessions are delivered online, in either Japanese or English
  • Each session runs for 3 hours and is centered on dialogue
  • Participation is limited to a maximum of 25 participants

Practice Reflection Sessions (1-on-1 | Optional | 1 Hour per Session)

  • Sessions are delivered online, in either Japanese or English
  • This is a one-on-one individual session designed to translate insights gained from the core session into practical actions and decision-making
  • Multiple sessions may be taken as needed

Fees

Core Sessions (Group)

  • Per session (3 hours): JPY 12,000 (excluding tax) [JPY 13,200 incl. tax]

Practice Reflection Sessions (1-on-1 | Optional)

  • Per session (1 hour): JPY 10,000 (excluding tax) [JPY 11,000 incl. tax]

Registration & Payment

  • This series is intended for individuals who are currently engaged in HR-related roles within companies or organizations
  • No academic background, prior experience, or specific knowledge related to the learning content is required
  • Registration is accepted online
  • Participation fees are paid at the time of registration
  • If you need a receipt with a specified name for expense purposes, please enter “Required” in “Receipt Needed?” and provide the receipt name in “Receipt Name” when registering

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At the time of booking, the system may display the following message: “Cancellation and rescheduling is not permitted once the appointment is booked.” This message is shown due to system limitations. The actual cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests may be made up to 72 hours prior to the session start time
  • Rescheduling is permitted once free of charge, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the session start time
  • A second or subsequent rescheduling request will not be accepted
  • In the event of cancellation, a handling fee of JPY 2,200 (tax included) will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of application
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and non-changeable
  • All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via the contact form on our website
