HR Excellence Workshop

Overview

The HR Excellence Workshop is designed for HR teams and functions that are preparing to engage with transformation and want to clarify how HR can increase its value and impact in an evolving role and position.

Taking into account changes in the social environment and organizational context, the workshop reviews how the role and expectations of HR are shifting. Participants develop a shared understanding of these changes and explore what HR-specific value and excellence should mean going forward.

Building on this foundation, each participant reflects on their own strengths, experiences, and development needs as an HR professional. Through dialogue and mutual feedback, the workshop connects individual growth with the broader development of HR excellence. The discussions are translated into concrete next steps, including a practical development plan based on the 70:20:10 framework.
