Strategic HR Practice Series

From Understanding to Application

The Strategic HR Practice Series is a learning series designed to elevate HR professionals’ perspective and positioning, and to strengthen their ability to proactively lead organization building.

Starting from real challenges and tensions faced in day-to-day HR practice, the series deepens practical perspectives through dialogue and reflection. Participants explore how to think strategically, make sound judgments, and take intentional action in their roles.

Rather than focusing solely on frameworks or concepts, the series emphasizes how insights can be applied in everyday decision-making, conversations, and relationships within the organization.

  • Develop the ability to analyze people and organizational challenges from a strategic viewpoint
  • Build shared judgment criteria that support intentional decision-making and action through dialogue and reflection

Structure & Approach

Core Sessions (Group-Based | 3 Hours per Session)

This series consists of dialogue-based core sessions organized around the following three thematic categories.

Across all categories, the sessions are designed to support deep understanding through structured dialogue, reflection, and exchange of perspectives, rather than one-way input.

Participants explore the underlying thinking and context behind each theme, engage in discussions based on real HR and organizational situations, and reframe their understanding in their own words. Through this process, the series clarifies how insights from each theme can be applied to everyday decision-making and ways of engaging with others.

While the series is designed to create greater clarity and coherence when taken as a whole, each theme stands on its own, allowing participants to join individual sessions based on their needs and interests.

Practice Reflection Sessions (1-on-1 | Optional | 1 Hour per Session)

The Practice Reflection Session is a one-on-one session designed to translate the perspectives and themes explored in the Core Sessions into real decisions and actions. The session is conducted primarily based on the themes and perspectives covered in the Core Sessions, while being tailored to each participant’s HR and organizational context.

Before taking action, participants clarify their ways of thinking and engagement, as well as the intent and judgment criteria behind their planned actions. After taking action, participants reflect on what actually occurred and refine their next decisions, approaches, and actions.

The session can be taken either before or after practice, and participants may choose to attend both as needed.
