Team Next programs are designed and delivered based on each organization’s goals, aspirations, and unique challenges.

Before each program, we engage in dialogue to understand the objectives and context, and tailor the content and approach to meet the needs of the organization and participants.

During the program, we facilitate meaningful conversations and learning experiences, drawing out diverse perspectives and experiences while fostering mutual understanding and shared awareness.

We also design the most appropriate environment for dialogue based on the theme and objectives, helping individuals and organizations navigate change and achieve sustainable growth.

Program Duration

• Half-day program: 4 hours
• Full-day program: 8 hours

Delivery Format

• In-person (Japan or overseas)
• Online

• Half-day program: JPY 650,000
• Full-day program: JPY 1,000,000

Includes pre-session meetings and preparation.

Venues are to be arranged by the client.

Travel and accommodation expenses will be charged separately at actual cost.

Programs can be delivered bilingually in Japanese and English. Bilingual delivery applies when the program design and facilitation are conducted with both Japanese and English as working languages.

The bilingual delivery includes:

• Program design and structure development conducted in both Japanese and English
• Facilitation delivered using both Japanese and English

Additional Fees (excluding tax)

• Half-day program: JPY 300,000
• Full-day program: JPY 500,000

No additional fee will apply when Japanese or English is used only for partial support or clarification during the program.

Details may be adjusted through discussion depending on the program content and delivery format.
