Overview

The People & Organization Strategy Workshop clarifies how people and organization strategies should be positioned and executed to deliver on an organization’s purpose and business strategy.

 

Working closely with the executive team, the workshop defines the desired future organization, including expected mindsets and ways of working. It also takes a broad view of changes in the business environment and organizational context to clarify the gap between the current state and the desired state.

 

Based on these discussions, participants develop a clear and actionable people and organization strategy. The workshop also explores how the strategy should be communicated to employees and stakeholders to enable understanding and drive action.
