HR Transformation Workshop

Overview

The HR Transformation Workshop is designed to revisit the evolving role and purpose of HR in light of changes in the business environment and organizational context. It helps clarify what HR aims to become and how it intends to evolve moving forward.

Participants reflect on their current HR activities by examining what HR does, why it does it, and how it operates today, in order to surface existing strengths, assumptions, and constraints. Through dialogue, the workshop explores the desired future state of HR and its stance toward the organization, leading to the articulation of a new shared purpose and strategic direction for HR as a whole.

In the latter part of the workshop, the current state of HR is reviewed through a SWOT lens, and insights are translated into concrete actions that enable HR transformation to move into execution.
