Anticipated Needs

 

  • Although we have a talent review rocess in place, we want to improve the way we identify future potential.
     
  • We have a succession plan in place, but progress on skills development is unsatisfactory. We want to be more effective in developing the next generation of leaders.
     
  • We want to be able to create development plans that meet the individual needs of those being developed.
     
  • Through internal mentoring, we want to enable those being developed to receive advice from mentors based on real work experience.
